My name is Giovanni and I am a Tuscan storyteller and explorer. Art and food run through my veins—my mother was a Renaissance painting restorer, and my father is a chef. I grew up in Pistoia, where my nonna’s farmhouse is surrounded by olive groves, and my nonno crafted his own wine, carrying on a tradition as old as Tuscany itself.
The moment I got my first Vespa, I set out to uncover the beauty beyond my hometown, weaving through rolling hills and discovering hidden gems—crystal-clear waterholes, secluded creeks, rugged mountains, untouched beaches, and villages frozen in time. These places aren’t just destinations to me; they are stories waiting to be told, and I’ve spent years collecting them so I can share them with you.
I speak English, German, Spanish, and of course, Italian. My passion for adventure took me to live in Germany, Australia, and Norway, where I embraced new cultures, and expanded my understanding of the world around me.
After years abroad, I’ve returned to Tuscany, seeing it with fresh eyes—thanks to my Canadian partner, whose awe and wonder for this land remind me of how magical it truly is. Experiencing my home through her perspective has rekindled my love for every hilltop town, every winding road, every secret trail. And now, I want to share that magic with you.
